1. Services

Accruex Inc. provides monthly bookkeeping, catch‑up bookkeeping, tax preparation coordination, and CFO advisory. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in your signed proposal.

2. Proposals and Acceptance

Quotes and proposals sent by text and/or email are valid for the period stated. Acceptance through e‑signature, text confirmation, or payment of deposit constitutes agreement to these Terms and the referenced scope.

3. Billing & Payment

  • Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled.
  • Catch‑up projects may require a deposit with the balance due at milestones or completion; if financed via third parties, their terms apply.
  • Late payments may pause service and incur reasonable fees where permitted by law.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to financial accounts, statements, and necessary documents.
  • Maintain accurate and lawful records; you are responsible for management decisions and internal controls.
  • Respond to information requests within reasonable timeframes to avoid delays.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We maintain confidentiality of client information and use commercially reasonable safeguards. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and messaging compliance.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice as specified in the proposal. Fees due for work performed or committed costs up to the termination date remain payable.

7. Disclaimers

  • We are not a law firm or a tax firm; advice provided is for financial operations and management purposes only.
  • Tax filings are prepared by or in coordination with licensed tax professionals as separately scoped.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accruex’s total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue lies in Dallas County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
